DESCRIPTION:Batty for Bats Celebration \nDate: Wednesday\, October 30\, 2019 \nTime: 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. \nLocation: Anastasia State Park\, 300 Anastasia Park Road\, St. Augustine\, FL 32080 \nDescription:\nJoin Anastasia State Park as we celebrate our flying mammal friends! Bat Week\, (happening October 24-31)\, helps dispel the undeserved reputation bats have for being bad. Since bats are wonderful and very beneficial to our environment\, we want to celebrate these amazing creatures with you! This family-friendly program will start with an educational talk followed by an easy “bat craft” at the end of the presentation. All participants who come dressed up as a bat will get a special prize! \nCost:\nProgram is free with regular park admission fee. ($8.00 per vehicle.
